Order # and Date: 87iL and SWjH, both April 17
Details: Initiated the order to buy, got the order accepted and sent money via direct. They then said 'oh the address was wrong, please make another order.' I had already sent money and they tell me usually that kind of stuff is refunded but he/she didn't have any money on them. I said shit happens and initiated another order as suggested with the 'correct address'. After several hours of order not coming, they tell me they are 'fixing it' and then ghosted me completely. After several days of not replying, they finally answered and said to just 'report it'. I suspect they have several more accounts to be so indifferent to it. There was no refund for both orders
