Originally was through escrow mediator but had issue with wallet so trusted direct 0.5 XMR. Extended many times and vendor failed to produce their tie of the agreement. After many times of saying complete and checking and it not being complete vendor said they will refund when i say i will report him. Wallet sent 5 times and each time says my friend is sending or my friend sent i will get tx and does not reply or replies with another excuse. I trusted because of rep and they are dishonest.

Hello, I do agree he needs a refund. But at first we did one account. We kept on verifying and he said it wasn’t supposed to be that way. We had a long conversation and kept on redoing. He has proof I have sent an account two times but he wasn’t satisfied. We took like a week before talking and the team behind had paid the owner. So when we talked again we were replacing with something different. The thing we tried again kept on failing. Since the team had paid the first guy am the one to pay him directly, I told him am away from the office and when am back I will handle that. Even if am the one going on a loss. Checking at this point, I tried doing what he needed but wasn’t satisfied which took a time. He can prove I sent several details to him.
