Thank you for your constructive criticism! I’d like to take issue with a few points.

First, when I was checking out, TheAC suggested I use any name with his card. (This is a standard practice with virtual cards — the name is often not verified by the store at the time of purchase.) This has been the case for all our deals with TheAC from the very beginning: so there were no names to compare. I politely disagree with the claim that my lack of knowledge about his use of someone else’s account isn't accurate. Even if the name on the card had been shared with me this specific time, I wouldn’t have been able to verify it, since I don’t know TheAC’s real name.

I also initially suggested TheAC to purchase the item, but he offered me his card to make the purchase instead, because he “doesn't have time for that”. Even if he had made the purchase himself, all the parties would have been the same, as well as the outcome — the seller didn’t ship the item on time, and the money was refunded to the card. I don’t understand how arbitrarily refusing an XMR refund when fiat is refunded doesn’t qualify as a scam. Perhaps, scam is too strong wording — but it's clearly malicious activity? Eh, contrary to TheAC's claims, I have never received any proof his bank account was even closed.

Commenting TheAC's last answer, I'm frustrated TheAC is still trying to mock me and shift responsibility for the seller not sending an item on me. I must repeat myself here: I have chosen a well-rated seller and contacted them in advance to confirm they still have the item (I can share chat screenshots) — but seller's actions are outside of my control.

I did sent you a video with those 2 emails, reloading the page and doing the translation live + the PDF document. I will email them to confirm the card you paid with it was linked to this bank. But if we consider this real for this time being, your refund was issued 26 August, and that left only 1 day until 28 when the bank account was closed. I did a lot of payments and have a lot of experience with this, and so do you: if you don't believe me when I tell you on 28th there was no leftover of your refund in my bank, you should at least be honest with yourself because you know these these services will never ever process a refund less than 2 days, it takes about 5 usually.

➕ If you still have the card number I gave you to pay with (4609 5352 *** 0417), put it inside https://cardflo.io/tools/bin-checker and it will tell you what bank issued it. You can see is the same bank that got closed from the email I shared. I think this is a good enough proof for now I guess. But if you think it's just pure coincidence I will lose more time to email them.

You told me this refund was issued because the seller didn't have the product anymore to send it to you, which means you paid without doing due diligence first. I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart I didn't save that chat. So I would like some screenshoots if you have them, and who the seller is because I want him to confirm those screenshots are valid considering you have a service to fake KYC and considering this entire manipulation you crafted about me in this case.

Anyway, your fault or not, I didn't refuse to help you with you refund, nor wanted a fee from you. I only asked you to wait this being a complication. You seemed to believe you're entitled to force me to do stuff and lose time and support costs for your mistake (for what I know so far, excuse me if this will prove otherwise).

Thank you for the evidence that the bank account actually was closed. I find it satisfactory. In any case, if you use a purchased, borrowed, or KYC-verified bank account for proxy shopping, you are liable if it is closed — not the client. You bank account's closure or seller’s unexpected slowness are both not «my mistakes».

Just to answer you coz you called me an alt, I am an alt, but not AkatheACs alt, I know more about you that youd end up calling it betrayal if I used my account,

My point is, I understand you suffer from some mental health, but the facts that have been laid bare point to you trying to manipulate. The only problem I see here is, both you and the other guy are somewhat important to this website, however, the admin, probably doesn't use their brain, they literally block/ban someone the moment some report is made, that's not cool at all. They have to at least investigate. Anyhow, my points on this reply are
1) AkatheAC is already answering for himself, so there is no need for me to alt for him,
2) why did you pay without confirming the item you were buying was present.

That screenshot you uploaded does not prove it. Unfortunately I also don't have a way to prove it you said you paid the guy without checking if he has the product available and you sure won't admit you did now in this situation because it does not benefit you considering you tried to make it look like I don't want to refund you because you don't want to pay me a fee... and that I somehow am the reason for why this refund was triggered and I just stole your money because I never gave you any proof of being a problem, and despite giving you back 650$, and what other lies you said that can be easier verified from your private discussion that I uploaded.

I called the bank at the time and asked if they can verify in the system if your refund came in and they say they no longer have access to the portal or history or anything of a closed bank account. It was complicated even to make them issue the statements that for some reason they did not send over email as PDF even if it was requested 3 times. The statements are at the bank branch. I only have to wait for the owner to get it, and after I get it to talk with the involved parties to get the money if it's in no mans land like I showed you proof of prior cases I had. If it was my account, I wouldn't have time for it either so it does not matter who's name is on the account.

You don't want to take any responsibility for this even if you are aware of the risks, and you know I'm not the fault your refund was triggered or that the bank account was closed, then all I asked for you is to be reasonable in the case of this service I offer for free and just please wait (as we have a track record of trust and I gave you enough proof to back this up). In the end I did offer you 655$ - 200$ deposit with the agreement you will help me get this if I need you, that was not enough either, you went to blackmail extortion manipulation etc creating me problems, making me waste a bunch of time (and money indirectly). If it's not your fault and not my fault is not right I'm the only one who's paying for it.

If I could prove what you told me in August, this would've been easier. The responsibility would've been more on your side, even if I did still do take charge of mine.

For what you did these days, I have no longer trust in you especially for how your profile is made to portray you in report to how you actually are. I can also argue you have a trust issue because you know you can't be trusted. That's why I ask you send this 655$ to AnonBazaar until this gets sorted out.

This is all from me in this current discussion. I don't have ANY MORE TIME to reply to any other allegations or whatever for now. For anyone interested just read our private chat and what was presented so far. If I'm asked to prove extra I will try.

I would like Pink to give us the entire discussion he had with the seller (and the name of the seller so we can verify because I cannot longer take his word for granted for the last 3 days of his lies), where he asks for the product availability and everything before paying; as in August he claimed he didn't check while he now claims he did even if he did not prove it yet. Until proven otherwise, this refund was issued because of him making an irresponsible p2p purchase without doing his due diligence before paying the seller.

A quick summary (as you can see in your private chat):
1 in response to his threats, I asked him to be reasonable and wait for a full refund as I didn't do anything wrong in this case to deserve anything else.
2 in continuation to his threats I told him that if he make me lose more (time and money) with this considering I didn't do anything wrong to deserve it, he will pay for it (200$ was a random anger number to motivate him to not go that route)
3. We agreed at his request to give him 655$, with me keeping 200$ that I will return if he helps me get the other 655$ if needed and after everything gets sorted out.
4. He went and did all this extortion (check what he presented in his review compared to what is in our private chat and what it was proven so far), breaking our point 3 agreement and triggering the one in number 2.

On my side I have to come up with those statements. I want Pink to send the 655$ to escrow until it is proven that money is at me or until we get it if it's prove it is not.

Admin after you carefully reviewed our private discussion and what was presented here, can please Pink's review be updated to represent the truth, and can you please ask Pink to send the 655$ to Bazaar as escrow until this gets sorted out? Also, do you think Pink trusted to be mediator after this manipulation/extorsion/lying/revenge/etc attempt considering the image he portraits (helping people with the Bible, donations for humanitarian causes, etc)?

As someone else who has done business with aka_TheAC and so far been burned, I can confirm the abuse and barrage of insults and complaints from aka_TheAC that cypherpink reports. I have experienced the same myself.

I don't have evidence that aka_TheAC has intentionally tried to rip me off but I placed an order with him almost three months ago and he has not yet refunded me nor has he yet delivered the product that I paid him to purchase for me. He never "has the time" to deal with this. My financial loss up to this point is not as severe as cypherpink, I am out $55. But I do favor banning aka_TheAC because he does not take responsibility for his part when transactions don't go well.

I am happy to submit my report and any evidence to the Admin, in the hope of seeing aka_TheAC removed from the platform. At the very least I will not be doing any more business with him and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Re posting the review I put under aka_TheAC's profile:

I placed an order for several items with aka_TheAC.

Most items arrived. 3 did not.

I received refunds for 2 of the items that did not arrive. He says that he paid for one of the items (at a value of $15) out of his own pocket because of some issue with getting the company to refund him. He was not able to prove he was the owner of the card used in the purchase.

1 item valued at $55 did not arrive.

aka_TheAC found the tracking records and sent me the link. It showed that the product was never delivered and returned. TheAC refused to take the time to resolve this last issue and take responsibility for his end of things. I lost $55.

He seems to be under a lot of stress as a significant part of his messages contain complains about not having enough time. He is not professional in this way.

He also says he has health problems, seems under slept and undernourished based on what he writes.

I did put my service as unavailable at the end of June with a reason (I still successfully did some orders in the spare time for the people who contacted me on SimpleX)

I have told you upfront day 1 you came at me I don't have time to deal with stuff like this in case they happen, before we started anything. + arguing with you for a week to do it yourself so you have full control over the situation.

Despite that, I looked into all of your issues (even if you say in your review I refused to), only kept reminding you what I told you day one.

For the products that were not delivered I refunded you + 50% more.

For the product that was delivered but not picked up by you, it was sent back in store at the end of September and I did send them the email to deliver it to the new address you asked me to.

In the meanwhile I'm waiting for proofs on these allegation from Sammy "I can confirm the abuse and barrage of insults". So far the Pink insults allegations were not true (the heavy tone presented was manipulative and out of context) check our private chat. Looks like the one abused is me.

Not that important, but I would like him to prove why I could not get a refund related to the 'owner of the card' thing, considering he has the email related to that order, and considering I repeatedly told him I never invested the time to get the refund for it (check our private chat). That order was not delivered because they asked to prove I'm the owner of the card, but they never refunded me and I never escalated. I did refund Sammy for it + 50% more.

💬 Our recent chat, as what's older than 1 month got deleted, but it is enough to prove against what Sammy is saying. We only had a real dispute since he made this review anyway (2nd October).

Looking over TheAC's video uploads. TheAC captures enough of the conversation to get the tone and some context. Unfortunately we both only have the last month of the conversation.

A couple of comments...

I would have preferred to not have my addresses shown. I am using Proxy shoppers for privacy reasons and disclosing my personal information is a violation of trust.

A clarification. The poor review that I gave TheAC followed his refusal to help me until maybe the end of the year. Then TheAC came back later in the chat (after the review was up but before TheAC had seen it) and suggested that he could try to have the package re-delivered. That sequence of events is not clear in the chat.

You just uploaded some out of context screenshots to make your point somehow valid. I did upload the entire thing not "some context" that proves is not. Like for example the "refusal" (that's not a refusal). After I said I can't look into this till the end of the year, then I did look into it that day (if not that hour) despite our initial agreement. That can be seen in the whole chat. Happy it didn't take 3 days to figure things out like with the previous ones I have refunded you for.

That's not accurate not eve a bit. I would ask you to confirm. Because I did help on 1st of October (as seen in our chats), you reviewed me on 2nd of October that I refuse to, and I saw your review on 12 of October (clearly can be felt from chats). After which calling out your "smarts" for assumptions you made that you presented as facts to force me do things outside our terms, that I really don't see an insult. I even deleted the "smarts" part after I sent it (even if I feel entitled to it). I still don't consider this abuse or a badge of insults like your report maliciously states. I do present with sarcasm often "I'm the one complicated to work with" after you gave me your first review, that applies even in this moment. If you don't like that consider your actions next time. Proof of not, did I say anything else derogatory to you ever?

UPDATE
For the public to have a bit more context about the situation because I think it's important: this was a large deal with multiple products to purchase friom the USA from a dozen of stores that did not like any of my EUR cards much and I had to work part time for this deal for 2-3 weeks with all the issues involved at the time I could not afford it. That time took from other priorities I had costed me 1-1.5 years of work. STILL I didn't brake any of my initial agreement I had with Sammy.

Narcissism definition:

**NPD** is a mental health condition defined by a pervasive pattern of **grandiosity**, a **lack of empathy**, and an **inflated sense of self-importance**. Key clinical traits include:

* **Grandiosity**: Exaggerating achievements and believing one is superior or "special."
* **Entitlement**: Expecting favorable treatment and automatic compliance with one's expectations.
* **Exploitation**: Taking advantage of others to achieve personal goals.
* **Lack of Empathy**: Unwillingness or inability to recognize the feelings and needs of others.

What is apparent to me from my interactions with aka_TheAC is that he is a full blown narcissist. Some observations from our interactions:

aka_TheAC refuses to take any responsibility when things don't go well.
He expends a tremendous amount of energy constructing a narrative that absolves himself of any obligation.
In his narrative, he is the hard working good guy.
Everyone else is to blame, everyone else is the bad guy.
He plays the victim in his story.

This platform relies on several ingredients for it to succeed:
*People acting in good faith
*Honest transactions
*Fairness
*Taking responsibility for your part
*Keeping agreements

I don't see aka_TheAC's conduct as being in accordance with these values.

If the moderators let AnonBazaar get overrun by narcissists (or AI bots) I think the platform will fail.
For this reason I argue that aka_TheAC should be removed from the platform because his personality type is destructive to the social relationships that the platform is built on. aka_TheAC may have done a lot of successful transactions in the past but he is clearly at a low point in his life and seems to be destroying his health, his business and his relationships.

I think it is best to remove aka_TheAC in order to protect the AnonBazaar community. If Monero is going to play a key role in maintaining our freedom we need people to operate to a high standard.
