The user used a CEX account to offramp the transaction despite claims that he has EUR on hand. Then got flagged and allegedly got his account frozen.
I gave this user time to connect with me over SimpleX, demonstrating my willingness do make further smal transactions to repay the amount but since got ghosted.
I expect a full repayment of the amount since using a CEX as a proxy seller is high risk and should be priced in. It's the very reason I use this service for a premium, else I could do it myself.
