Can't open inbox?

Hi, I can't open my inbox AT ALL.
when I click on the logo for the inbox (little message thing in upper right)
it just puts up the loading spinning circle and never does anything else.

I have tried with google chrome and then firefox broswer.
I've never had a problem with it.

I have not logged in for a few months, and got a notification that I had a message.
I ALWAYS needed to enter my 44 character alpha numeric recovery code to login before, this time it NEVER asked me for it.

Everything works besides messages.

hopefully they can figure it out.
please make an option to just put in the key to check messages again!
or tell me what to do to check messages.

It is giving no error codes, just spinning and not loading.

I use Win7
and the latest browsers for it that are available.
never had a problem before.
