How do I become a bond holder?

Bond have potential to become a really great alternative to the inconvenient and sometimes expensive multisig escrow. However there is only one bond holder and it currently costs over 100$ a year to keep. Why not let other people become bond holders? That way you can give others the chance to offer cheaper bonds to those who want a convenient way to have them?

You can't lol.
I mean you can apply to be one message Admin, likely you won't get to be one.
We have only 1 bond holder that's owner of the website Doug, nobody else. And that's a hint they're not really taking bond holder applications.

sad and lame. this site has massive potential but there a bunch of little quality of life improvements that keep it from such. and seems like the admin doesnt have much interest in addressing them.

Unfortunately so many great projects suffer from lack of extensive vision and unwillingness to sign on more quality and helpful people to help manage it. This site really needs one more head admin at least, not just 1 who larps as a female and make thousands of $ while doing so. More bond holders with a clear bond holder criteria, an android app or webview wrapper, better looking forums, http onion header for convenience for tor users, etc. Also needs a separate forum for scam discussion with front page button, not a single long ass thread randomly in the main forums.

If AnonBazaar become more accessible, then more people will come in, business will increase, and the owner will end up making more from donations and boosts and all that. I actually want to donate more personally but seeing as how they don't seem interested in improvement, i dont feel the urge to do. This is the case with many open source projects i enjoy too. It's funny how all these projects want you to fork over money yet do little to prove that they deserve it other than existing. And unfortunately this is the case for AnonBazaar too, because they have basically zero competition.

There sure are many potential improvements.
Best we currently do is writing about them extensively and constructively on forum and hope they get picked up some day.

Admin doesn't have some sort of all can do power, there's Doug, there's Dev, they need convincing. For bigger changes it's really better to just try to contact Doug perhaps. He's a public figure and I see him answering even unreasonable crybabies in public.

I very much doubt admin is getting super rich over this.
They are working on apps.
Besides donation I don't see website making lots of $, they have limited resources and manpower, from what I can tell.
They don't take stuff down easily.

I haven't seen sufficient evidence yet for the viability of a fully clearnet, normie XMR marketplace.
Ideally we have more than one platform with different feature set and ideals and business model, the other platform would likely need to actually charge $ for things, which would have a different shape but TAM of this concept is already limited, IDK if that would actually work. We've had other Monero marketplace attempts before. This's the one that gained the most traction AFAIK, even here traction is limited and minimal.
