I believe making listing votes public could be beneficial for everyone. I often see listings with either a suspiciously high number of upvotes (likely botted) or an unusually large number of downvotes on legitimate listings (which hurt sellers). To address this, votes could be make public with an optional checkbox allowing a vote to be anonymous.
That way, if a listing has, for example, 15 upvotes, we can directly see if they're mostly from anonymous votes or new/empty profiles.

I believe the same. This last month (January) happened a massive downvote attack to legitimate posts affecting well-known trusted sellers. Just look at DennisTheGuy's post https://anonbazaar.com/listing/6E5J/ it were recently raided by multiple sockpuppets who came from nowhere (13 downvotes at the moment) or CypherPink's Telegram accounts offer https://anonbazaar.com/listing/8oVM that was just recently raided by downvotes
I think that pieq's idea of "anonymous votes as opt-in option" is smart. It may allow some grade of transparency
